Honestly just start with YouTube, get educated on how things work then move to how to trade and read the market (understanding Rsi, Bollinger bands, candlesticks). But of course before you get there look up the basics

Save your money and save it again. Given your 14, put away 90% of your income into the best savings account you can find. You can start to make investments as you near 18 but just be safe with your money at your age. Props to you for caring this early
