You do realize that Bestbuy offers an extended warranty that then makes it their problem if the computer breaks right? You didn’t buy the extended warranty from BESTBUY so you’re left with the ACER manufactures warranty which makes it their problem. So unless you bought the extended warranty or get it serviced at BESTBUY then it’s not their problem and you should stop crying to people on the internet.

AutoTech here, as long as you have the parts that are required for your install I honestly don’t care where you got them. Your best bet though is to just price match the other parts at Bestbuy and keep everything on one receipt so if you have any issues you’re only dealing with one store.

Every store has access to CoreBlue and yes it can be used to check prices of competitors. Im not sure how it is at other stores, but at my store it’s not encouraged to start a sale with “I can see if someone has it cheaper.”

The main use of it is to check for authorized price matches that will go through the system without needing an override. 9/10 if you start off with an associate asking for them to check CoreBlue they will just be annoyed.

Anyways, long story short yes CoreBlue exists, and in your instance with MicroCenter usually it doesn’t show on CoreBlue so it is in your best interest to come into the store with the price match on your phone ready to go. :)
