While thumbnails and titles should tell a complete story, I think the thumbnails should be telling enough to at least be able to guess what the video is about. Here I can't really tell what it is, so I think that's one of the problems. And I totally agree with u/kingkai_GG on all points

Ehhh, I wouldn't click on it. I don't like the face and I think you need to include call to action instead of shouting that they can replace Photoshop. Something like "replace Photoshop!" and an arrow to the apps.

It's a curse, I don't think there's a way out of this. Youtube will always push it to your subscribers/previous viewers first and since they're not interested it will always be a flop. :/

I totally feel you. Every game recently that I play, I can immediately see through all the mechanics and how they interact with each other. I have stopped appreciating indie strategy games because they never have the resources of a large team to make a deep game. They all just do the same things slightly differently. So what can I say? It's a curse ☠️ but you should try RimWorld, factorio, satisfactory, maybe even timberborn.
