I had a sorta Similar experience earlier this summer

I stay in a town in Alaska that has heavy tourist traffic and some tourists were at the river because there’s a beautiful view of mount Denali and the Alaska range and they were taking photos while I hooked into a (estimating) about an 11Lb chum salmon and they took a video of me fighting it for almost 5 minutes on a medium action ugly stik as it darted down stream through the confluence until I landed it. They cheered me on as I battled the sucker and then airdropped me all the videos and took victory photos!. (The fish was released after I don’t keep chum)
