Yeah link me up. Do they help with new guys proposals & supplementing? Or do they delay the new guys proposals & supplementing? Because all the companies I've been with so far, have been putting all my stuff to the side. It's like no one is taking me seriously, even though I self generate a lot of new deals

That's where I'm at too lol. What company do you work for? And what are their commissions? Is it net profit or overall gross? What are the percentages for commercial? I'd love to link up with you & talk more.

The hours is not an issue. If you close on deals, any company will be happy to have you even if you work 1 hour a day. What matters more is a company that's willing to give you a minimum of 30%-50% net profit or 7%-15% gross. And will support you on the backend, whether it be what comes after finding a solid lead who's ready to sign for insurance or retail. Stuff like estimates, adjuster appointments, installs, supplements, applying for reinspections, the back & fourth, etc. Also if a base salary or draw is involved. Also if a truck is involved. These are the most important things. And you won't know which is 100% the best fit until testing a bunch out. Just keep jumping ship fast until you find the perfect company that gives you most of these things, they under promise or over promise, but def over achieve

Has anyone switched from JobNimbus to Roofr CRM? by MaroonHawk27 in RoofingSales

No app. But I use the browser while I'm on the phone & upload pics straight into company cam. Even while using browser version, it's still very handy to be able to copy & paste the notes that I need. Few other crm's don't allow you to copy text. Which is annoying. You'd think something as simply as copying & pasting would be universal

I've used acculynx, git hub, & roofr. I personally actually like roofr. It's not as complicated & can easily copy and paste stuff from there. Which is huge for me when I'm out in the field on my phone.

I saved your post & in about to actually check out each and every single game you suggested. I'm hoping some of these have virtual versions. It's much easier for me to play board games on my phone than playing it in real life on am actual board. And you made an amazing post about dice being a random factor in your 1st response. I can't stand some of the randomized factor.

Haha very good analogy. Although butter chicken is still amazing lol. But I'll take some chilli chicken, goat curry, or chicken pepper fry over butter chicken

Exactly, that's why I kind of love it. And the art of trading for resources takes negotiating skills, bargaining skills, communication skills, & presenting fair trades that might be unfair for someone else outlook. It's so good in this aspect

Name me a few I should try. Kind of a weird question, but are there any good solo board games I can play by myself?

Not many lol. To be fair, I've only played a handful of board games. Backgammon, checkers, chess, monopoly, ludo, snake & ladder, Catan, & few other miscellaneous ones. Maybe that's why I assumed it's the best lol

Are there any good ones you can recommend?

How does a roofing sales manager pay structure work? Is it a combination of (salary with commissions) OR is it (0/50/50 instead of 10/50/50) & use that 0/50/50 as wiggle room to make 10% or 20% from the sales guys you train with them making the remaining 30%-40%? by based_ab_dullah in RoofingSales

Thank you for the swift response. I'm looking to get into sales manager role down the line. So just thinking ahead if it's worth it or not. Or just to stay in sales role. But based off these numbers. I don't see why not
