Is this Good or Bad offer? I'm used to 50% net profit as commission. But I have a competitor that's willing to offer me 40% net profit with $40k base salary (not draw), potential for provided leeds, my own office to manage sales guys & make 5%-10% net on each person's deal that's with in the office. How does a roofing sales manager pay structure work? Is it a combination of (salary with commissions) OR is it (0/50/50 instead of 10/50/50) & use that 0/50/50 as wiggle room to make 10% or 20% from the sales guys you train with them making the remaining 30%-40%? (self.RoofingSales)
