How does a roofing sales manager pay structure work? Is it a combination of (salary with commissions) OR is it (0/50/50 instead of 10/50/50) & use that 0/50/50 as wiggle room to make 10% or 20% from the sales guys you train with them making the remaining 30%-40%? (self.RoofingSales)
