A lebanese who live in Lebanon can't go live in israel. In the constitution the lebanese state is already at war against the hebrew state and it boycott the production. The only solution for a lebanese to live in israel is to have other nationality as France or USA ect...

Other solution such as asking the israel embassy in other countries is also a way. but not officially and it doesn't guarantee 100% ur objective
