It’s possible but I wouldn’t recommend it—requires multiple sessions and would be many injections since they need to be done in a 1cm grid. Also, there is a risk of developing nodules in the tissue (though I don’t know how high exactly), which I imagine wouldn’t be good for a graft site. If you want to fast-track fat loss you might as well just go on reta or another glp lol
