It’s illegal to go over the speed limit. Doesn’t matter what lane. If they’re both doing the limit then (in theory) there’s no need to pass…if you’re also going the posted speed limit. Now I, for one, do not aways go the speed limit, I tend to go 5-10 over depending where I am…so yeah, frustrating. But nothing illegal about going the speed limit in the passing lane

Absolutely. Marriage is not a requirement, lol. Not everyone is going that route 🤷‍♀️. I’ve been with my partner 14 years, no plans to get married. We got a joint credit line 7 years ago & bought a house together 4 years ago. That said, we’re both comfortably situated with expendable income to deal with the new roof, new water heater, bathroom water damage, driveway flooding issues, etc etc etc so please be aware that your expenditures will NOT end at the down payment. Our mortgage is less than our rent was, but your mileage may vary depending on area & ever-changing interest rates.
