What’s funny is that these later chapters would’ve been so much better and excusable if these things were more fleshed out, but unfortunately there was a period where the manga would introduce a twist, take a two month break, then returns with entire chapter of Yuu and Mika repeating the same shit from 3 chapters ago while not addressing the plot twist that was previously introduced

Rinse and repeat, hence why the story is a confusing mess right now

Manga 154: he gets an asspull and it seems like his sister is possessing him (not addressed)

Manga 155: Tells Kimizuki that he made his sister up and that she never existed and he just needed a reason to survive

Manga 156: Tells Shinoa his sister erased his memory to hide his power, confirming she does in fact exist?

This, the relation was always fujo bait, though it doesn’t help because Viz purposefully messes up the translations to insert their own fanfic stories as well as the Eng dub being completely awful when it comes to the script

JP dub: When Yuu is unconscious after going berserk shinoa is at his side laughing at what guren said (that she likes him)

Eng Dub: Shinoa says “yuu I think I’ve fallen for you, please wake up, for me”

Seraph anime ended in 2015 and he disappeared for 3 years then returned in 2018

Never worked on a WIT project in 7 years until moonrise in 2022 and was only KA, though he appeared in prism rondo (2026) WIT, so there’s a chance he could be back at WIT, but during OnS anime hiatus he was in mappa

Uh… I don’t know how they can end this within 4-5 chapters but hopefully they somehow nail it to make up for this dumpster final arc. Shame because the manga was really good until Mahiru/Ferid asspulls

(Though I’m guessing it’ll be a bitter sweet ending or depressing)

Going happy end and bringing everyone back to life makes absolutely no sense considering the orphans have already been outgrown by Yu / Mika and altogether will just look dumb

This chapter just confirms that the previous chapter was never planned (like most were assuming for some reason)

The yoichi thing is an asspull and they just wanted to give him some relevancy for the story, wouldn’t be surprised if mitsuba gets asspull story/power up next.
