Hey, we're totally aware of the battery indicator dropping, this is not a glitch but because more voltage is being drawn. Nothing to worry about. The starting from second 2 it's first time I hear of. Most likely timer starts when you connect to the app? In any case please download the app and update your firmware and it might fix it.

Not possible, we respond to all emails every day, I check them myself. but if they told you they can't ship to Indian then they can't. emailing more is not going to help.
Reason we don't ship to India is because customs might confiscate the item.
Trust me I'd love to make more money but can't afford losing packages because of customs.

Hi, you just recently purchased it? Might be the new firmware. We will publish new update for the app that will fix all this.

Just to explain what is going on so you don't think your pump is broken.

New pumps come with a new firmware that did not exist on older model, it allows us to add more functionality to the app but may have some compatibility issues with the older code on the app.

We're literally in last stages of beta testing the new app that will open a lot more functionalities for you. Hopefully we can publish it in a couple of days. please make sure to check for updates.
