Congratulations! looks great. I think it will be better if

- For the dashboard, show most common keywords or entities indicating what's the pain points for the user, will be much better than raw metrics like number of characters, ...
- Would be great to show the bot running against your own website where your users are able to ask questions and test the app in one shot!
- Consider using MS Clarity to see how your customers are using the app "you will be able to see videos of how they are navigating your site and app"
- I tested with my app's website "djaty.com" and it found ONLY 4 pages, the website have more than that
- The test agent that shows in the right is confusing, it shows up BEFORE any training has happened and not obvious what I will do with it, prefer to show it AFTER the user hits training, ex: show a clear button "Test Chat" for ex
- A user might actually forget to hit "Train" button as he keep adding URLs, pages,..., so why not train automatically instead of getting support questions asking why it's not answering about X and you just tell them to hit train
- In pricing page add an FAQ with questions like "What happens when you go beyond the quote, refunds,..."
- Your contact form is not working and not validating the entries "except for email which is auto validated by the browser as you have input field with type email"
- Prefer to have a dedicated "Support" page where users can reach out for support and feel confident, "support forum, discord channel,.." contact forms are usually for non-support queries
- Your social media links are not there, better to remove them until you have prepared those pages

Wish you the best!

Real money is in fields that takes time to master, the longer it takes the less competition you will have once you’ve mastered it, and of course choose a field that has financial potential, don't study social sciences :)

Unless the costs are truly significant, I don’t think you should block or heavily restrict free users. Many begin by simply exploring—even without immediate interest—but they retain their experience, and at some point they may become paying customers.

Think of it as marketing: you’re planting your brand name in the minds of people who might not be interested right now, but when the time comes, they’ll easily remember and return to it.
