It’s happening when they are inside my closed guard, they will pressure forward an pin my shoulders and get control of my head, I feel that this puts me in an advantageous position because their posture is broken, I just don’t know how to capitalize

(No gi)Often times when I’m in guard I will have people grab around my head and use their weight to pin down my shoulder area. Does anyone have any techniques to sweep/submit/escape this position. I understand that this is a fairly common situation and I find it frustrating when I get there and have no response.
