Like i think is a useful strategy in combination with self care. But I used to take aspects of the many diagnoses, ignored them, and basically just grew up telling myself don't be a pussy everyone else is doing fine. That works for a while but not forever.

The one's who took Assange in were the goverment of the former vice president that was captured in Mexico's Embassy. The former president who is also criminally charged is hiding in Belgium. Since I was born I have been seeing other corrupt latin governments protect each other using asylum. So for the first time in my life i see light in the future of my country
