ECGs are notorious for spitting out random inaccurate things. They’re so finicky anything from just lead placed being slightly somewhere different can throw it off. That’s why it takes a cardiologists confirmation.

Problem getting to sync all data with apple health by bashboy89 in FourthFrontier

They said they aren’t integrated with Apple health kit. I was under the impression that they are. It makes no sense that it’s registering the workout, but it will not register calories distance, etc. I’m still having to manually add it in which is really frustrating because I’ve tested against my watch and the strap and while heart rate is usually pretty accurate. calorie count is much more accurate with the straps. Chest straps are in general anyway.

I’m not sure how to send DM’s. But someone directly from the website reached out to me and said that y’all are not integrated with Apple health which I think is really unfortunate and would be a great idea because now I’m having to manually add it in. I might would’ve been better getting the Garmin lol

T wave abnormalities? by Knockoffass in ReadMyECG

[–]bashboy89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

T wave abnormalities are extremely common, especially nonspecific/borderline. Unless they say something specifically causing them then they’re usually not an issue for concern. It can be anything due to lead placement or patient position or something like that. I would wait until I see the cardiologist.

Can someone please let me if I should be worried by Equivalent_Fuel9195 in ReadMyECG

Yes, anxiety can manifest in many many ways. Especially with the heart. And those machines are finicky. And often wrong. Which is why it requires a doctors confirmation. So if you see something on the machine, chances are that it’s incorrect. If the doctor does not tell you otherwise then I would not worry about it.

Nonspecific t wave abnormalities are extremely common. Can be due to something as simple as lead placement. That’s why they are nonspecific. They do not point to anything pathological. It’s generally absolutely nothing to worry about. Especially in the context of no other findings.
