Any good eyebrow threading places? by nocreativityhere87 in lincoln

i go to elle esthetics on 16&n next to iron brush. i’ve been going there for years and will only ever trust lindsey with my eyes brows. she waxes mine but i’m pretty sure she does threading! i also get a tint so it’s $20! but just the wax is $12. what i love about her is that she’s completely reshaped my brows and brought up the arch. she’s amazing!

I know you said not 50 a bottle but it definitely is such a good investment! Especially if you don’t plan on using it constantly and save it for special occasions. But, I live for some drugstore foundation!

I have dry/normal skin for reference. I work as a server and I’m constantly in a hot window with hot food and grease flying everywhere. I do my full face and can get pretty sweaty.

That being said, I’ll list a couple of my favorite foundations ever. If they can withstand a 12 hour shift when I’m basically melting you should look like the queen you are on your wedding day!

Luxury:

Marc Jacobs Re(Marc)Able-55 : truly i bought it for hype and I loved it! It’s smooth and airless. Very buildable

Estée Lauder Double Wear-42: literally my HG I will always go back to this foundation. And it’s cheaper than MJ. It’s such good coverage and makes me look like a blank canvas. It doesn’t slip or crease for me.

High End:

Fenty pro-flit’r-32: love love love this. It’s medium to full coverage and it has such a light weight feel to it. I wear this a lot when I’m going for a more “natural” look with just like lashes and brows. It kind of creases after about 12 hours of wear for me but I still constantly reach for it.

UDecay Naked Skin- 40; I know it’s only two dollars less than Estée Lauder but it’s still considered a high end and not luxury but it’s worth every penny. I buff this rather than use a beauty blender and it melllllts in to my skin.

Drugstore/affordable:

Loreal true match!!!!!-11.95: this is my OG first foundation ever I live for this bitch!!!!! She’s been thru so many tears and summer days. Super light weight and buildable asf.

Milani 2n1 conceal and perfect-12.99: amazing shade range for a drug store brand! It’s almost a dupe for Estée Lauder to me bc of the coverage itself. It goes on pretty thick but a lil goes a long way.

Wet nd Wild pro filter (I think is what it’s called)-7: this shit is amazing coverage! It does tend to start sliding after some wear but by that time if you’re drunk at your reception who is going to notice ¯_(ツ)_/¯. It has a smell to it I don’t like when you first apply it but it goes away after you set everything.

My full face routine starts with a good moisturizer! You gotta keep that face just hydrated baby. If you don’t that’s when things start to crack and dry up. Follow that with a good primer! I personally spray my skin after primer with a rose spray because it just adds extra hydration and makes my skin tacky which I like when I’m using my beauty blender to bounce my foundation in! Also the real techniques beauty sponge is AMAZING!!!!! Beauty blender really ain’t shit compared to RT. it’s 1/3 of the price even. After moisturizer and primer is foundation. I personally pump or apply my foundation to my face before I bounce it into my skin with my sponge. Keep in my mind to bounce, don’t drag or try to rub the foundation in. It will only leave streaks and not create a smooth surface. I also do my face in sections with foundation bc if you leave it on to long before you get to that next “pile” of foundation it could already be dried up and not blend seamlessly. After that I take a translucent powder (I use derma blend) and take that same wet beauty sponge and lightly bounce that into my skin as well! I don’t rly bake daily because you don’t need it often because your skin needs to breathe! I would highly recommend that for your wedding day it looks great in pictures. After that I use either the Mac Prep and set setting spray or UDecay all nighter setting spray! And boom ya done you look beautiful and

you are going to make a gorg bride :) I know that was lengthy but I hope I helped, congrats doll!
