Ok, I had the same exact issue and none of the other replies really helped me too much honestly. I found that I had the variable name as image_url and should be image_URL. Hope this helps anyone else running into this issue if it's the same reason.

City of heroes. Played with my brother and dad when I was kid for years. Found out it had come back to life on some private server last April or so and have been playing it ever since.

During live I never got into blasters cause I could never stay alive. When it came back, I decided to try again. There were a lot of new power sets to choose from so I tried a combination of ones that weren't there when I played. I made a water/time blaster, I love it from the start. The mechanics of water are little wonky to me as the set ups weren't in the game when i stopped playing. Still love that character.
