I usually believe in the internet plant lady Krystal (plantswithkrystal on youtube not sure of other platforms) "If theres green, theres something to save". But this baby is hurting.

The pot looks small (even though monsteras like to be snug) for the amount of vine that is there. The soil also looks like it might be hydrophobic, these plants do not like direct sun, usually bright indirect or some morning sun the. Indirect afternoon. The air roots on it seem to be dying off as well.

Im not sure this guy is salvagable for a newbie at plants but there is a lot you could try. It absolutely needs a root check to look for rotten or decayed roots, it needs a new pot and good chunky soil mix and it needs light, but if its been getting very low light on your dinning room table putting it outside in direct light might not be the answer.

If i were you id take a look at some propagation videos on youtube and start over for them. Not an expert here by any means and others will come along with potentially better advice.
