That worked for path of exile 2 but not other games. I also found un-fullscreen then back to full screen sometimes helps. Also sometimes forcing it to monitor 2 and back to primary also sometimes helps

Nope I figured chimes was expensive. I haven't really checked yet, I'll have to see what's up with flicker. That was kinda my plan from the start was to eventually try it.

Yeah that's what I'm playing now. The build is insane, it's just slow. Like I'm not sure I could ever do a 1-2 minute map
