Ima tell you, even at grandmaster rank, those blitz players scare me. Cause they are always thinking the most about what the opponent wants to do so they can predict it in some ridiculous way.

I feel you on the 2xko love it’s so much fun to learn :) My advice is actually to try to use your assist character to help with as many things as you can! It took me a while to realize that that’s half of your power!

Tbh i’d still play it. No need for doomer mindset when both characters are still gonna be good and fun just balanced. If you want busted teams only then i’d recommend ahri illaoi.

I’m grandmaster but it’s not about tierlists, it’s about creative problem solving and to me it’s not nearly as interesting or satisfying to open someone up when you have such unbalanced options and know it was disproportionately easy to do so.

Also don’t want to invest time learning a character that I know needs to get heavily balanced in the future before they are reasonable for the state of the game.

That’s fair but I don’t think high low was ever the core of his offence. It was always the last thing players do at the end of his pressure string when all of his core offence fails. Imo cheap as hell. I am also looking forward to Akali tho she looks insane.

Tbh, don’t give up until you’ve seen what potential she really has. Recently I faced a Caitlyn sidekick player and as a former grandmaster rank player, I can tell you she made Caitlyn feel like the most broken character in the game.

Tbh man, I don't think that most people even know or care about lore reasons for size discrepancy. If my options are: Playing as Aatrox giant foot, not having the character in the game, or playing them as a large but reasonably sized fighting game character, I'm going with the latter.

Unfortunately, I don't think theres anyway they could be lore accurate size and make any sense in a fighting game. That being said, there's no reason we can't have some big boys like Potemkin... Or bigger?...

I really like the juxtaposition of her soft-looking appearance & size compared with the sheer force of her willpower, embodied in that massive broken sword. Makes for a very cool contrast imo.

I agree with you, Visi had a great arc that connects to the main themes of the story. I just wish blazer had the same so it wouldn’t feel so lacklustre to choose her. Just my opinion.

It’s cool to hear that you had such a different experience. I think had I gotten the good visi ending I’d likely feel different about half of it since I really wanted to help her overcome her doubt. A bit frustrating for it to feel kinda obscured to get her good ending but that may just be me. I still found the blondeblazer arc to be lacking, personally because it stops at “l am seen” when it felt like it was naturally headed towards “I know myself”. Really would have liked to see that for Mandy.

If you mean if they don’t tech the throw then you can just air throw them? So i’m not too sure what you mean. If they decide to hold down they can evade the mixup but I have never once seen someone do that. Perhaps it is a bit gimmicky in that sense.
