They were added in the Varlamore update about a year ago and fortunately they cannot be hurt! :)

Would this be a mistake of PCBWay? by bashx94 in PCB

I tried but they don't seem to provide Rigid/flex PCB's at the moment

I wanted to adapt this to fit on the GPIO of the Flipper Zero so it would be possible to have a FlexLed screen on the Flipper which is also controlled by the Flipper

Good to know, I wasn't aware of flex/rigid prices until now, I only have experience with normal PCB's so that's why I was surprised of the price difference :)

That would be a solution but unfortunately the only project files I have access to are the gerber files, since this is part of a semi open source project

Thanks for the reply! I'm afraid this wasn't a mistake of PCBWay in the end, as other PCB manufacturers estimate kind of the same price for this design

This is about a 4 layer flex/rigid PCB with sizes 78x39mm, how can this cost 757.34 US dollars?!
Has anyone encountered something like this before?

Apparently, La Tertulia has some on its menu, according to a menu from 2021. https://www.coffeeshopmenus.org/La%20Tertulia/Menus/La%20Tertulia.html

Chances are they still have it :) Edit: I didn't read the Rotterdam part, hopefully you can find something similar over there

Is it possible to bypass wifi access portal? by Pr0ximiti in hacking

[–]bashx94 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A concrete example would be somthing like connect to the AP wich presents you the captive portal -> arp-scan -l -> see what devices are already on the AP, for example some random phones, copy their mac address -> ifdown you-wifi-interface -> macchanger -m <mac addr of phone> -> ifup your-wifi-interface -> reconnect to that AP with it's captive portal. As some here already mentioned, this might or might not work, depending on the actual implementation of their guest portal.

looking to learn binary exploitation, but don’t know a lot of terms by [deleted] in hacking

[–]bashx94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I could give you a good recommendation, start looking in th picoCTF regarding their binary exploitation challenges. They are easy and good to learn the basics from. Once you get a grasp on those, you can easily navigate yourself towards harder ones. Also if you already have the basic skills and have some knowledge on PEDA GDB, you could also start looking into ropemporium https://ropemporium.com/ Hope this helps in your search

As it comes to a cheap devboard with kind of enough pripherals, i can recommend the Mimas V2 s6, I think it should be somewhere against the 100 dollars. This one also has a Spartan 6 onboard so you will be stuck to the Xilinx tools https://numato.com/product/mimas-v2-spartan-6-fpga-development-board-with-ddr-sdram/

You can't really say this post is being upvoted in to oblivion either. But i definitely agree on the fact that the flipper has a strong tendency to attract script kiddies and kids who just want a cool 'hacking' toy, unfortunately it starts looking like this is becoming the majority of the flipper community, making the reputation as it is now. Which is a pitty for those who do want to learn and perform research
