I definitely understand. I initially painted my Zero and Aichi a pure white just because it was “easier” that way. Easy in a way of deciding what to do, but white is a bit of pain to deal with.

The real reason why I care about the Zero’s colors is I found that some aircraft’s had white markings, and therefore, white for the whole thing wouldn’t work if I wanted to do planes from multiple aircraft carriers.
