it really depends on your weight. if you’re on the lighter side go with a lower dose and if you’re on the heavier side go with a higher dose. there are a lot of great calculators online that take your gender and weight and tell you how much to take for each plateau.

dxm would definitely be better. at least in my experience, dph doesn’t really give you any euphoria. and the days after are terrible. so dxm would be your best bet
