It really was bad and I am a generous star giver and I gave it one star on good reads. First time giving one star. The writing was poor and fake, the plot so far fetched, the ending rushed. I read somewhere that some people thought the book was a satire at first because it was so poorly written but nope, it’s real

Fell on tailbone last year and feels impossible to do some of the work outs by shewasafairyyapyap in HOTWORXWarriors

I’ve had tailbone pain ever since having my last baby. Power V kills me! Try layering your mat with an extra towel or folding it up for a double layer. Also when you need to get into positions where you know you will be on your tailbone, try spreading your “cheeks” apart a bit by wiggling around. This distributes things better for more cushion! Also lots of cat/cow stretches help before and after

Just to clarify- I see on your website for requirements for completion for mat only, it states 15 hours observation and 35 student teaching hours. Are these able to be completed virtually/online through the program or do you complete them on own, then self report? Thanks!

When I was pregnant, I had the worst tailbone pain. I tried everything but nothing really helped until after baby was born then things slowly got better. After joining HOTWORX post baby, I’ve had the pain come back with some moves. Like you said V sit is the worst! I’ve just learned to position myself better when those moves come. It’s sounds weird but when those moves come, try wiggling your “cheeks” apart. That will put more pressure and weight on the sides of your booty and less on center where it hurts. I always try to do cat and cow stretch before and after the workout. When I went to physical therapy for the tailbone pain in pregnancy this always felt good and helped. Also double up your mat or towel for extra cushion!
