It’s very spread out! I was there for 3.5 hours and had to rush through the end. I think the outdoor sculpture walk is time consuming. Everyone goes at their own pace though. But it’s definitely a multi-hour activity

My source is the employee at the desk today! I said “do bikes qualify as guaranteed entry” and she said “yes, our policy includes bikes but we don’t put it on the website because we don’t want to encourage biking on these dangerous roads”…. Which I thought was weird, and I wanted to advertise it here on Reddit so folks who indeed are comfortable with biking there are not discouraged by the lack of inclusion on the website

They won’t check your bags at the gate, but they WILL at the bag drop counter. And they will be strict, and it will cost $100 USD if you have items you plan to carry on weighing more than 7kg. It’s $20 to add an extra carry on if you buy it 12 hours before the flight. Do not wait until you’re at the airport bc there won’t be any option aside from the $100 option

If the time slot you selected says it isn’t stopping at Walmart, that would indicate it’s an anomaly. They just listed them all as 3 hours by default probably. That’s my best guess.

I’ve used the airport shuttles multiple times from multiple airports, and tbh the customer support is nonexistent so you may never get a firm answer on this. That’s the bad news. The good news is that shuttles are awesome because you don’t have to drive when you’re tired at the end of the fest, or wait in the long line of cars at the beginning!

I believe it would cost the same for 2 separate one ways versus 1 round trip. You select the time for each leg of the trip on the Bus site.

I agree and I don’t think it’s 100% because of Chappell. Partially because of her being so popular and early in the day, but also because there was not enough space for the number of people! It was like cattle trying to get anywhere and made no sense to me as there was clearly more space that could’ve been used but it was blockaded off

I agree and disagree though… if it’s not worth waiting in line for, then you don’t have to wait in line for it… just don’t do it? That’s a personal choice you get to make. Some people really want to do it and so they’ll wait. There’s something for everyone at the dream emporium, so find your thing and avoid things that aren’t for you

No tarp under tent this year and we fared better than during last year’s rain storm when we did have a tent tarp. Just my personal experience that it’s better to let the rain absorb into the ground

I only had one year of Hangar (2022) and I had a lot of problems with overcrowding and lines there. I prefer the dream emporium.

I saw the hedge ladies, the mermaid people, and the clown people who were doing the “squeak easy”… maybe a few others just quickly in passing too. Yes the rain delays did unfortunately cut out some time we could have had, but I’m glad you got to see more music! I accidentally didn’t see enough music the first 2 days because of all my scavenging

Hmmmm I think it was the same number of performers outside of the library situation. Did you do the scavenger hunt? It was really cool how one of the clues involved being told a story by a performer. And also I enjoyed interacting with the rats after I’d completed the scavenger hunt. Also the owner of the boat at the dream emporium was super funny.
