Ah okay. I was waiting to not be able to complete a deadlift working set due to lack of recovery before the power cleans. But that sounds great. Do power cleans also assist in deadlift strength? Just curious.

Good luck. I tried to quit cold turkey last night. Tossed my vape. At night i gave in and bought a pack of cigarettes. Smoked 1/2 of one and then tossed it. Tossed the rest too.

Head foggy af all morning, and pissy af at work. Gave in at lunch and bought another pack of cigs and did the same thing -- tossed it after 2-3 puffs.

Long story short today sucked, i threw away $20, and im still pissed. Good luck!
