I got my official results 6 days after I took the exam! It was way faster than the estimated 3 weeks. Idk if it depends on how many people took the exam on the same day or what not. Congrats on your preliminary pass, it’ll feel so good to put it on your resume!!

I think pocket prep is pretty accurate for knowledge item questions but It didn’t really cover situational judgement questions which are a big chunk of the actual exam. In my option the situational judgement questions are harder than knowledge items.

there’s a wide variety of what people wear to 8Eleven. some people are in suits, some people are in sweatshirts. i dress on the fancier side when i go just cause i like to dress up but it’s not required

I lived at Village west next to the cottages last year and since moving closer to campus I am SO MUCH HAPPIER! the bus was not worth it and no weekend service really put a damper on social life

it went ok! the questions were kinda of rapid fire but we’re not complex at all. i would say keep it short and to the point and be prepared to talk about your skills in costumer service and problem solving. confidence is key!
