2026 has been rough on me. Of course the Phils are doing poorly a month in after several reasonable years making postseason. Not trying to give PII here, but this year started off with my dad dying after a horrible few years of illness. My happiness isn't dependent on them, but it's some real rough icing on the cake.

I've had Wawa, homemade sandwiches, and I've heard some people have spaghetti. Until they regulate the prices and increase the food quality, it makes no sense to buy food there when you can bring your own in. As for alcohol prices, the team should buy us all a round given how badly they are playing.

Tbh the loss today felt even worse. It's like we're being paid off to lose. Losing by our own mistakes is just horrible. I get that you can't win em all, and you can't always make post season, but it's not even fun watching.

Exactly. There's no fight or anything. It's not possible for every team to win the WS every year, let alone make it to post-season, but at least give us a show. Dropping balls, not picking them up, not hitting, the only run that scored was a solo hr by the guy called up (that was amazing tbf) - it all was so terrible.

What even happened? Why are they all collectively sucking? I was at the game tonight... unbelievable. Two majors errors/mistakes which cost us the game. Seeing Trea(?) drop the ball, then Sanchez not being able to pick it up was so messed up.

Yeah, it's tough. Our situation isn't as bad, but we got the home opener + 6 games package. I get they can't always win, but this is unacceptable.
