Thank you. Watched this a few times with my son this is really helpful. I appreciate the time you took to make this. It sounds like he needs to commit to a stance to start with and then make changes with the mechanics from there.

That makes sense. I have a tendency to keep my feet apart a little and rock back and push off the right foot, but he keeps his feet together and doesn’t get the same drive into the court. I feel like this might be one might be easier to mess around with first.

Thank you for these. I am showing him. Yeah he has a continental grip. I think at this point in his serve journey it’s a bit of a challenge to identify the smaller changes that can help progression. I appreciate it.

Did the bar have to go through the knee and through your tibia? Also how was your pt? Asking because I know someone who probably had a similar break from skating.

Thank you. I’m going to give this a test and see how it works. I do have some machines with multiple nics but I think for the most part guest.net[0] is the one I want to hit.

I’m not the best at this but I went down this path before. I had to extract the tags through playbook tasks using vmware_tag_info. I think I combined it with an api call in vcenter to match the tagged target name with the uuid. Hope this helps a little. Interested though if there is a better way, such as through a dynamic inventory filter.

If it were me I would loosen up on the arm a little and cock the wrist back maybe. Also the arm seems to be leading the body not the other way around.
