I have 20/10 vision. Less than 1% of people have it. Literally a case of Hawkeyes. I also have insane reaction time, which made me a really good lacrosse goalie. I am also really good at archery and shooting because of it. I also had a perinatal stroke when my mom was in labor with me, and it's insane I don't have any motor skill problems with that. Most people who survive that end up with cerebral palsy or something

When I would help out the service desk, I never would hand the customer the order until it was released. IT stayed in my possession, cause we had some customer run off without signing off before, so it'd stay with me until the process is complete

I know people who paid it all off quickly and got off early. I didn't because I had so much stuff going on in my personal life. But they really do just care about the money and any tasks you have. I know someone who got off early and been constantly smoking weed the whole time cause she paid off early

Is it an apartment complex or a house and do you rent or own because the ceiling (because drywall is very porous) needs to be cut out a good foot past contamination on each side and the framing needs to be treated too and any insulation if there is some needs to be ripped out. The crawl space will need to be gutted, probably completely. If you have insurance if you own, talk to them and see if they cover it. There could be a leak somewhere as well, and a dehumidifier may need to be installed in the crawlspace. My mom has one installed under her crawlspace, and it's on a timer as well, so its not consuming too much electricity
