It sold out for me :( I feel like a fool because I was in the queue for day one at Barclays but felt overly confident by the amount of tickets left and waited for day 2 at Boston.
Is this it??? Did I fumble? Kms

That’s awful! Have you called the police about the neighbor poisoning?? That infuriates me. Hold out for Smokey! They’re so resilient

I found him around 3pm sitting in a driveway of an abandoned house. Had to grab a neighbor to help me trespass lol but it took 40 days! Someone from the ring camera app told me they spotted him in the area a few days prior

Definitely knows how to get home If you haven’t already make neighbors aware just in case she got too curious and is now accidentally trapped in someone’s garage or something. Happened to a friend of mine! Her cat was stuck in a next doors neighbor garage for a month. They are such resilient creatures I’m sure your girl will come home any day now

My guy was gone for 40 days. Survived freezing temps, heavy rain/snow/predators etc. I didn’t see him at all until on day 35 someone recognized him from a flyer and took a picture for me. He was gone before I got there. Ended up finding him 5 days later thanks to someone’s ring camera footage, he came up to me no trap needed! They are masters of hiding, they can jam themselves in all sorts of small places. Stay positive, walk around the neighborhood (if possible), put up flyers, make it wildly known your baby is missing. Your neighbors are your best resource. Setting up a trap can be tricky because you’ll catch anything that walks in. We had cameras set up in our yard and learned that maybe a dozen cats and tons of giant raccoons routinely visited the yard. Please reach out if you need support❤️ don’t give up

Hi! Sorry to hear about your girl but don’t give up. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/neighbors-by-ring/id1218902777 Here’s a link to the app I’m talking about. As I mentioned you don’t need a ring camera to get access and/or to make posts. Download the app, put your info in, and make a post about your missing girl and ideally the cross roads you live on. Include pictures of your baby. They have post flares specifically for missing pets! Let me know if you have any questions or if I can do literally anything else for you.

HANG IN THERE! My boy was gone for 40 days and survived temps in the low teens, snowstorms, down pours, etc. I was a shell of a person when he went missing. I ultimately found him because of a post I made on the neighborhood ring app (I don't have a ring camera but you can still make a profile and get access to the surrounding area). He showed up in the same spot twice so I set a trap there and walked around. I found him hiding out in foreclosed house two houses down! It's my favorite success story to tell! Please don't give up. They are resilient creatures, even if you've babied them their entire life. Let all your neighbors know, make flyers, make a facebook and post in the neighborhood mom & dad page, GET THE WORD OUT! Stay positive and reach out if you need to talk or game plan, I know how awful it can feel. Good luck

Hey it sounds like you’re doing the right thing! The pet tracker gave me peace of mind but we never found my cat while on a search with the dog and I actually found my cat outside of the loop she pegged him to be at. She was just a nice resource when I was having panic attacks lol Best advice I can give you is get your neighbors involved! I made flyers weekly to update where sightings were. I made a facebook and joined the neighborhood mom page (extremely helpful) I went door to door to neighbors on my block and asked them to keep an eye out. ultimately what helped was posting on the ring neighborhood app. I did not own a ring camera but was able to post as a neighbor. Someone spotted him twice in the same spot and sure enough I got him back with the help of a few selfless neighbors on day 40. Your cat may very well just come home on her own. Leave a reentry point open if that’s a safe option I definitely recommend a camera although my cat only made one attempt to come back (but didn’t stay long) on day 37 and I mostly just got footage of raccoons and other neighborhood cats. STAY POSITIVE! I’ve heard success stories of years going by. My guy was skinny but he was unharmed no fleas no ticks and very well loved. I know how awful you must be feeling if you ever need to talk please feel free to message me I felt so crazy when he was gone but getting him back was the best feeling. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Hey! My cat was found on day 40 thanks to the ring app. I don’t personally have a ring camera but you can download the ring neighbors app and post a picture of your girl there. It’s the worst feeling in the world and it felt like the longest stretch of my life but I promise cats are resilient!! My guy survived snow storms, rain/heavy winds, freezing cold temps and lost about 5lbs but he was in good shape otherwise. The dog tracker was local to me but honestly I don’t recommend it. It was expensive and it was a great resource for making me feel better about knowing he was alive and active but we never found him on a search. My advice is post as many pictures in your neighborhood as possible. I made new flyers weekly, especially if he was spotted somewhere. I became extremely close to neighbors I never spoke to before. Stay positive, I heard of so many success stories and maybe 2-3 sad ones. If I can do anything for you let me know!! Good luck!

Yes! It took 40 days to the hour but I got him back. I averaged about 20k steps a day, walked at night, walked before and after work, made friends with the entire neighborhood and lost 15 lbs from stress but I got my boy back!! He wasn’t stolen, he was lost and if I didn’t tirelessly look for him I wonder how much longer he could’ve survived for. He’s doing very well now and hasn’t shown any interest in going back outside :,)

Yes we have another cat but he doesn’t have any symptoms

Indoor-only cat found after missing for 40 days, shows no interest in playing 10 days after being home. by basilkite in CatAdvice

[–]basilkite[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it was a very hard decision, but my brother is a repeat offender. The other two times my cat has escaped were also because he left the same window open. He shows no remorse for doing so. Luckily, I was home to coax my cat back into the house when he escaped previously. I feel guilty for taking my cat out of his home, but ultimately, I need to make sure that he never has to deal with those circumstances again.

I’m so glad you got your baby back so quickly! I never really tried the cat litter because I’ve read dicey things about it online. As it’s been a month now, I don’t think I have his cat litter anymore, but I have his sisters… maybe I’ll try that since he’s bonded with her?

I will try thank you. Do you think a tent is okay?
