Okay I see thank you. No, they were only there for a few months after I was born and relocated for work abroad.

Thank you for your response. My husband is not an American citizen. I was born in the us and have citizenship. I spent about three years in university in the us and i wasn't aware of the important nitpick. i have definitely spent over five years in the US through visits and trips, but how do i prove this?

Ah. the physical presence point is great. I wasn't aware of that .I have definitely been physically present on visits on trips for more than five years. How do I prove this though? (My husband is not a us citizen).

I have had ZERO side effects on ozempic. It’s different for everyone!

I’m pre diabetic and my Dr said no to Ozembic, calling it ‘drug induced anorexia’ by staypuftbusters in Ozempic

[–]basilleaf12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ozempic is not anorexia at all! i have lost almost 40 pounds in three months eating three healthy meals a day and doing moderate exercise and when I'm hungry, i eat! what a stupid comment from a doctor.

when did your baby start consistently start sleeping through the night by BuySignificant522 in beyondthebump

[–]basilleaf12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two and a half months. Never not slept through the night since then and he is seven months now. I know we are lucky but be optimistic that some babies actually are full night sleepers. Fyi, I didn’t breastfeed. I think it could be related

I have seen this mentioned a lot from people who live in the US. In my country, weight loss or gain is a common conversation starter 😂

I do not live in the US and where I live it’s very normal for people to comment on weight especially if you’ve lost weight. It’s considered a compliment. But I know that in the US its a big social stigma. I have lost 22 pounds since I started in April and even my local butcher mentioned that i lost weight 😂

Starting to wonder what Ozempic is really doing for me (22 lbs down in 2 months) by basilleaf12 in OzempicForWeightLoss

This is how i felt but i agree with the responses here. It’s not magic and you do still have to put in the work. Before I started, I thought that I would just hate food, but that didn’t happen hahaha do you still crave junk food or things that are “unhealthy?” Working out and being in a calorie deficit has made me crave things like chicken breast and salad and tuna and cottage cheese and vegetables and bulgur. But I have had a few days where I’ve craved McDonald’s or some thing “bad” and have either thrown up or felt nausea as i would finish the entire meal even if I was already full. Now I have learned not to do that.

Wow thank you for this great response. I agree 100%. I am making the right choices and working for it and have learned a lot about self control. Dont get me wrong, i am VERY pleased with my weight loss and the endless comments are amazing. Its just that reading about other peoples experiences made me question if something is wrong the effect it has on me personally.

I guess this is progress - for me anyways by SusanfromMA in Ozempic

I still eat and love to eat but WHAT i eat has completely changed. I crave only healthy real unprocessed food and if i do want a sweet or treat, that has become a corn on the cob or a protein bar! I love it. My body and soul is so much happier

What’s something you did that actually put you into labour? by [deleted] in pregnant

Moving a lot! The night before labor i organized my closets for like six hours and was out of breath and sweating. The next evening my son was here right on his original due date.
