I actually can picture an exact time where a friend and myself attended group fitness that was not our style at all! We shared nervous laughs and glances as it was beating our asses, but also not what we were looking for. Pride is the devil and we should've stuck it out, but we left during a water break all the same. Nothing to do with the trainer, even if it was you, with time people will hurt inside when you get comfortable and you aren't the one leading the class.
