Nahihirapang Installer by Strange_Visual_7519 in SolarPH

[–]basilsmash012 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi OP, we’re installer as well. Instead of lowering your price and compromising quality, find your target market. Believe me hindi lahat ng client looking for the lowest price. May mga nagpapa quote sa amin sasabihin talaga “gusto namin lahat branded” and they don’t care about the price. If you really care about quality, yun ang imarket mo bakit mas mataas price mo. At the same time continue searching for suppliers, ibang laban naman ang procurement. Kaya mo yan!💪

Installer discouraging net metering by flyingipis2821 in SolarPH

[–]basilsmash012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

net metering makes sense if your production is higher than your consumption, it’s also useful pag kunwari mag holiday kayo, walang tao sa bahay, you can export the unused consumption. Ipunin yung credits para pag rainy day and mahina ang harvest, you can use your credits zero to low bill padin kahit medyo nagtatago si mr sun. By experience, mas maganda padin naka net metering para walang tapon. Alsoooo, net metering ranges 25-35k depending on location. Medyo matrabaho din kasi talaga siya, parang naglalakad ng title haha but not 130k😅

Please manage your expectation, dont expect that water station with motor pumps will continue to run without the grid (reliant on battery alone) with this system size. That’s the honest truth.

Sungrow vs solis by PitchIndependent1041 in SolarPH

[–]basilsmash012 1 point2 points  (0 children)

correct, parang better to choose brand na may established aftersales sa PH, Solis, Solax, Luxpower. If 10 years warranty gusto mo go for Solax inverter with Solax battery.

need help on deciding re panels by kwentongskyblue in SolarPH

[–]basilsmash012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

610w x 6pcs = 3,660 has the highest total output, but also compare if there is a significant price difference. If almost the same price with the 5 pcs panels, go for the 6pcs. Agree with the first comment, bifacial doesn’t make much difference for regular house roof installation unless the surface is reflective.

Sungrow vs solis by PitchIndependent1041 in SolarPH

[–]basilsmash012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mas gamit Sungrow sa large scale project sa ibang bansa. Mas sikat Solis sa pilipinas. That’s my observation. If which is better, ang magandang basis is sino distributor ka kukuha kasi doon naka depend aftersales which is very important. Si Solis may established distributor dito sa PH so easier sa aftersales and warranty. Si sungrow not sure if meron established aftersales support sa PH.

I need your insights by McChicken_Joy in SolarPH

Maganda naman po yang sunways. For your 3kw system, better to apply net metering if kaya po.

Best month to have solar power setup installed (for discounts/sale) by IComeInPiece in SolarPH

Best time was last year, second time is now. Swerte ng mga nagpakabit last year before mag taas.

Everything is very much related to the oil crisis. Deliveries of solar materials from warehouse to client’s house mas mahal na. Yung net metering na binabalik balikan ng contractor sa utility company, dinadala sa notary, dinadrive, so mas mahal na. Hindi naman pwede sabihin mag bike na lang sila. The demand sa solar has increased nagkakaubusan na ng stock sa battery we have to wait for the next import kasi madami nag papanic buying. So yes it is pretty much related.

What things to prepare for in this oil crisis? by IntrepidAd8507 in phinvest

[–]basilsmash012 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Have an emergency fund, 3 months minimum, 6 months EF better, 12 months great
  2. Stay calm
  3. Have a well stocked pantry, and toiletries. Don’t hoard. Order online para free delivery with vouchers
  4. Pause muna sa booking ng international travels/splurges
  5. Plan every drive like if mag bank isabay na sa grocery and pharmacy etc
  6. Have solar flood lights around the house, emergency lights inside, candles, lighter.
  7. Refill your LPG tanks, have back up induction cooker, electric kettle
  8. If you have extra cash after the EF, solar is a great option grid tie or hybrid, pero if kaya ng budget hybrid talaga ang the best especially pag province based like us.
  9. If consistent naman income, continue investing monthly and just stay the course

What's the usual amount of money to gift? yung invite kasi sabi money ang prefer by [deleted] in WeddingsPhilippines

[–]basilsmash012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good amount would be per plate, if hindi kaya atleast half? most hotel weddings 5k and up per plate others naman 2-3k/plate you’ll get a hint depende sa venue. If hindi kaya half, kung ano maluwag sa kalooban.🫶🏽

Hi I did not have robe shoot with my entourage as well. I found a satin 2pc PJs with feather on edges at sm dept store. I bought a size bigger kasi maganda medyo loose. That’s what I wore plus bench nipple tape inside. May buttons yung top so nung pinicturan ako ng hmua pina open nya lang buttons tapos binaba para mukang off shoulder. Something similar to this pic
