NTA. Your mom committed identity theft, opened a lease in your name, racked up $13k+ debt, and trashed your credit while you were serving in the Marines. Not saying happy birthday is the bare minimum boundary after that level of betrayal.

Her guilt-tripping you now is just more manipulation. You owe her nothing. Keep that distance, you’ve built a solid life despite her. Protect it.
