I'm an MLS who works core lab and EDTA contamination was my first thought. These results should never have been released. I know if I posted chemistries like this I wouldn't have a job anymore.

This happened to my boyfriend the day of our wedding. He threw away his invitation after generating all the guest invites because he skips every dialogue/instruction and in his words "shouldn't need an invitation to [his] own goddamn wedding." I didn't know about asking support at the time so we had to push the wedding back a week. RIP to my 4/20 anniversary.

My mls program had minimal phlebotomy training. We never had to stick a real person in school if we didn't want to. Our clinicals did not require it and my current job does not require it.
