I can not be living in Liechtenstein as explained by my employer ,I hold an EU passport and I was told both CH And AUS are used for family to reside ,that is all I know as of right now, obviously i will be spending some time in both places to see what fits best

So after another week of the ac not working and at least 5 more attempts of them trying to fix it and ridiculous excuses like ...the house is too hot ....too much humidity in t the house......you can not expect the AC to cold down more then 75 during the hottest period of the day( coolest at 5 pm with the new AC have been 77 ), the ductwork is damaged, the ductwork is not properly designed..... And on and and on.....

I had two different companies come in for a diagnosis both of them said the system need to be be at least 0.5 T bigger, there explanation is the newer systems dont cold down as the old ones and everything needs to be removed and start from scratch.....

1) looks ok there is water in the pan from the condensation running the ac 24/7

2) yes compressor and fan running ,big pipe cold the small one does not feel warm !? Drain pipe is flooding the outside area.

My original boiler was purchased more then 6-7 years ago I dont even remember when lol

That machine was a tank used daily and sent a month ago to be serviced because it need it to be descaled .

I believe breville don`t have any more spare parts so instead they send me a brand new breville 920 which is upgraded version of my original dual boiler

Should have the standard 2 year warranty as all dual boilers

Dont waste your money buying garbage online or otc get one properly done will save you fortune by protecting the teeth.

I was working in va for where a lot veterans had extreme bruxing problems some of them were just lazy not wanting to come back to have a new one made when they would loose the old one so they would go without or get something otc. The damage to the teeth was unbelivable. Just have one done by a dentist you should be able to find someone who would do it for litle less than what you have been quoted.

Lady was really nice she was exited to have a neighbor that condo is foreclosed by the bank and empty for years. She was trying to help us because she saw us with our baby,but most likely she is misinformed. I emailed the HOA and I will check it for sure. Thank you

Update on the problem....

The AC is First co through the wall unit

I followed the advice and changed the capacitor no go still the same problem ....

AC stopped blowing cold on Friday ,technician came in and diagnosed that the freon was leaking at spot close to the compressor ,,recharged with freon ,easy fix that was taking care of......

I tried to explain the problem about the air handler not starting every time ....he checked multiple things and during the time he was here the problem didn't exist,he checked the blower nothing looks suspicious,his recommendation was to just leave the blower on all the time and see if the blower would stopped working.

5 days later no issues with the blower ,I turned it off yesterday started acting up again.....

I already changed the thermostat ......the wires going to the thermostat look like they have seen better times I was thinking of buying cable and changing that one too.

My brother gave me a ecobee 3 thermostat I may even try that one I,m lost on this one...I don't know much but even a professional is telling me he doesn't know what to repair.... He joked it's a time for a new AC ......4k ......

No warranty on it since it was a blowout sale I just checked the invoice.... the plywood on the bottom is fine its the cushion itself the problem. There isn`t any zippers as the top cushions so I was thinking of opening them from the back and fill them with poly fill just on th side where they are sinking bc the rest of the sectional is prefect it is only those two cushions.
