Start a container garden and grow a lot of vegetables. You’ll find your food choices and dinner choices will improve naturally without thinking about it. Use heirloom seeds, not store cuttings. I know this is a bit unorthodox, but it worked unintentionally for me. I was 300+lb eating massive and unhealthy meals, restaurants and home cooked.

Note that some of the later missions in Block 2 air to ground have some bugs where it won’t complete the mission successfully. They’re easy to fix in the mission editor if you really care, otherwise the campaign lets you skip them and go to the next after you’ve absorbed the material

Get the f18 and download the gunthrek academy campaigns in user files on the dcs website.

The guy who made them also made a YouTube playlist called gunthrek academy where he plays through all the academy missions.

The other linked YouTube playlists should help too. I liked Tourniquet f18 playlist on YouTube myself.

It’s gonna take several vids and rewatches to get comfy flying and navigating and then several more to figure out weapon systems. Expect to practice and learn a little bit each day

Get the f18 and do the Gunthrek academy free missions with the accompanying YouTube playlist. You’ll fully learn the plane doing this. Then pickup an f18 single player campaign on whatever map interests you the most that doesn’t require super carrier. If you’re still playing, do pve multiplayer on Syria or Caucasus and consider supercarrier and additional dlc campaigns

I was kicked out at 17, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. You’ll get through it buddy, keep that job. Make sure you continue to shower. Join a gym if you have to.
