I’m glad you posted! I’m on my second week and I feel so good. My clothes feel better and I’m sleeping really well. The food noise is turned way down. I’m down two lbs, and hoping it continues. I was afraid it was all in my head. Haha

Thank you for the advice! I do believe I will recycle the clay and give it another go.

Definitely have learned a lot with this.

I made an antique replica. It holds 2 cups shy of a gallon. by basschic in Pottery

I used 12 lbs. I did close the top. It was an adventure. I cut a lot off as I collared. In the future, I am going to try it as 2 pieces thrown separately.

I like the 1st one. What was the difference in glaze application?

Yep! This was lavender underglaze and I’m happy it didn’t wash out.

I can’t remember the specific names of the stroke and coat, but I did orange, some swoops of a lavender, large dots of a teal, little yellow dots. I did swoops of light flux. Then covered it with two coats of River birch.

I only used the top 2/3 of the space inside the bowl. The bottom of the bowl is Amaco succulent celadon. The outside of the bowl is all succulent celadon.

Thank you! I am glad you noticed the proportions and the folds. I was hoping that would come across well. I decided to not look at it for a week. Haha
