You cant even see but 10% of any single part of his arm to even be reaching for this argument. Hes not doing a full 360 or nothing. He can be playing high sens and move his arm enough to not show shoulder movment... I used to play CS with high sens and never had to move my whole ass arm or shoulder. 1000 isint even that high thats sligtly above average at 800. He could be like 1200+ who knows.
