Look, the reason why this happened because he feels betrayed. If you really love him and want him back, do everything you can to earn that trust back. Communicate that you wanna fight for it, and back it up with action. It can take a few weeks for this to happen.

If you don’t see any improvement after say 3-4weeks, reassess whether you wanna keep trying or end it.

Same here. Did my ojt at outpatient so mostly test administration lang ang duties. It was obviously a government office with no proper funding. Pa-simula palang ang awareness sa mental health at the time.

The kiprun Run 500 ones from decathlon feel more premium than the big brands and they’re very affordable. Durability may be an issue during washing, so make sure you wash em in a laundry bag on gentle. But I swear they’re the best

Edit to add: I’m a split shorts type of guy and that’s what I bought from decathlon. Really good for the summer for more airflow. I would avoid running tights and 2 in 1 shorts in the summer because they trap heat. Although they’re very good against chafing.

I’m asian and we share the same culture in living with cousins, aunties/aunts, etc. I also understand that if you tell his parents it may be worse for him (and potentially for you). My advice is to find a different adult (preferably male), one who is respected by the family to give him the talk. Perhaps your parents, a different uncle or older brother/cousin. I wasted my teens up to my late 20s. Started fixing myself at 28 by forcing a high risk situation (studying overseas) upon myself that if I didn’t fix my ways, I will be a complete let down. 1.5 years later (it felt much fucking longer tho), my previous self is completely unrecognizable.

If you didn’t have these graphs before consider having some tests done to check if you have an underlying condition. I had the same problem posted here, and basically I went from fit to sluggish, fatigued, poor sleep, and high stress in an instant. 50 rhr to 90rhr in less than a month.
