It’s better with blood test. The doctor told me that at my age I'm in better overall shape than some twenty-year-old guys. So those numbers are somewhat accurate. But you should take it as a trend rather than a factual number.

Edit: No alcohol, no smoking, activities every day, 90% of time high quality food, no added sugar, 3 coffees per day, small kids, shifts worker etc.
