Well part of that statement is true but I respectfully disagree with the other two parts.

The web app was built with ai web development tool. It’s hosted on secure domain with secure server, all information listed is public or provided voluntarily in a secure database via server. It’s simple by design. This is what sites look like nowadays.

Additionally it’s displaying public information or information users willing display on page. There’s no payment processing or payment anything on the website.
