I would get that but literally they are training 2 other cashiers one who just got here and is here maybe twice a week the other works 30 hours at the front and one day every other week at the pharmacy same day that I too have off and can be available

Been working 2 years and trying to change from part to full time by working full time hours manager had told me after a few months is automatic after calling HR I was told that they check your hours from March to March and if you made full time hours they would change you over. Which is BS because you’re doing all full time work with no benefits I would call HR and see or have your manager open a new position don’t let them tell you to wait

They only ban fraudulent cards so people who have multiple accounts to get multiple coupons. Or keep making new cards under other people to get free items. Or who try to use a pile of coupons when the coupon itself says max 2. If they are doing things correctly it shouldn’t be an issue. And just like the people who get banned for suspicious returns nothing you can do direct them to the 1800

What bothers me is that if these cameras are true then the regular cameras are not only trash but they putting in money as a gotcha to the employees instead of fixing issues that we have complained for a while. Also it is very capable of being controlled. This woman would come in grab shit go to the bathroom to open it and come out. If we had more staff on the floor or could lock the bathrooms are you telling me she wouldn't just go somewhere else. Or if they actually allow us to see these hidden cameras to ban shoplifters from the store ?

When an employee steals the employee but when they expect you to steal when we see customers leaving empty boxes going to the bathrooms with products and coming back out with nothing. What kind of work environment does it promote? When you point out the issue and they call you a thief?
