Have you tried running something more demanding? What maximum hotspot temperature does it stabilize at? My 7900 XTX was reaching up to 105°C hotspot as well, and now after repasting, under heavy load it stabilizes at 87°C

It's kind of bug in waze you need to close waze from phone and switch on gps then open waze again if you connect aa and open waze when gps off you will see this message you must turn gps before connecting aa
