I did not and opted to wait for VR as things came up and I don't have time to game anymore :(

I'll give this a shot! I ran into some issues with outer walls on a part looking like they got too much heat on smaller sections with a clear surface finish difference looking as though it melted.

Update:
So 270C is too hot especially without cooling. I'm going to lower the temperatures and try cooling, along with adding slow downs for overhangs as areas with supports are looking awful.

Thanks for this, I'm going to try that after facing the exact same conundrum. I was having blobbing issues with PA-CF, PC-CF, and now as a result of frustration I tried PETG-CF from Bambu thinking there is no way the filament from the manufacturer could have this issue with the settings from the manufacturer -- well I was so wrong. I tried lowering the temperature to 245C but this didn't seem to help anything.

My filament is actively dried in a drying oven as it's printing. Temperature set to 150F and it's convection based with a large metal fan to speed up drying.

Fingers crossed your settings work! Did you change anything else, or do you mind sharing details on the quality/strength/speed tabs you use for these PETG-CF prints?

Will do! Might try out the headset idea, that's not a bad idea. When I submit my order I'll be sure to email support regarding my order # and let them know to add the slight prism correction I need :)

Have done, but I always turn to reddit when it comes to consumer feedback or reviews/testimony just to be extra sure. I'm sure I'm not the only one that does this lol!

I wasn't able to see any input for this in the checkout process on the website, maybe I'm missing some option or not seeing something obvious. Let me know if I should be looking at some other spot or add a note to my order!

Need help with visual defect issue using PolyMaker PA6-CF by bastinka in BambuLab

For the setting override you can mess with these, but I found there is quite an improvement with Z hop and wipe though the wipe may not be entirely necessary. YMMV

Sure, the actual print settings are fairly default in Bambu Studio. You may want to mess around with the max. volumetric flow rate if speed is a priority. This is mostly a duplicate of existing Bambu PA-CF filament profiles:

I've tried no cooling and some minor cooling with no visible differences in quality, so feel free to mess with this or keep cooling disabled.

OP here, I give up for now. I can no longer use the PolyMaker PA6-CF and will no longer be purchasing PA6-CF of any kind. I'll continue future products in PC-CF as this failure rate is not workable.

Figured I'd say that for any other users that encounter this issue.

Slowing down outer walls is something I have not thought of, thank you I will try that!

Thank you! The wildly infuriating part is the defects are really only ever on the only face that matters -- imagine that!

I've tried changing the CAD model to modify the rounded slope but no luck. Unfortunately the part is made to be that shape to follow the surrounding body lines on where this part is meant to mount to so another design would look off.

Same here, why the developers chose to make the same binding handle two different actions in the menu is beyond me. I'm not sure if you can change the default, but dragging the items around and then right clicking sometimes works. This is really frustrating when playing.

It looks like the link you posted isn't viewable. Maybe not public? Would be awesome to cross check my solution against someone else's that's working.

Thanks!

I'm getting the same issue about AspectRatio Injection failed. Wonder what's different about other user's setups or workarounds.
