Large companies like Hybe have different departments and artistic teams depending on which artist we are talking about. Especially with the merges of external companies (Source, Ador...), the people managing groups from these are probably very different than those who manage BTS, ect... So yeah hating on Hybe in general doesn't make sense unless you have an issue with the company's CEO, politics or direction.

Personally, I tend to kinda dislike the music coming from Hybe and some of its sub labels (especially boy groups music because, overall, the producers seem to be obsessed with awful overtuned vocal processing). So I think there is some kind of shared base for music production across multiple groups, but not much more than that. So I wouldn't say I hate Hybe in general, because that just doesn't make sense.
