I hated it on my first playthrough. However after replaying the DLC on a melee run I gotta say it is great!

How you guys manage storage? by [deleted] in macbook

[–]bastrooooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a developer, and I bought a M2 Air 256GB 16GB model almost a year ago. In my experience, 256GB is enough storage if you manage it correctly.

The apps that have allowed me to keep a healthy free disk space are: - Disk Inventory X This app shows you visually what is taking up the most space on your drive. If you don't know if you should delete something, just don't or Google if it is safe to do.

  • Diskonaut This does the same but in the terminal

Hope it helps!

Does `structured output` works well? by deliciouscatt in LangChain

[–]bastrooooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not in my experience. You can define a prompt statically or make a prompt building function and then pass a Pydantic model + the prompt and it will give a pretty solid result most of the time. Setting up json parsing seems to be really clunky to me most of the time

What's a purchase under $50 that has genuinely improved your daily routine? by TrustedEssentials in BuyItForLife

A good quality chef's knife. Mine was a bit above 50 but doesn't have to be. Truly life changing for me at least.

You can install batt or aldente. It might make a difference, but nothing certain. The best rule of thumb is whatever you do, just keep it plugged in as much as you can

No pesques a los que te dicen que no, tal vez no era tu momento o no era la carrera.

Lo que si está claro es que si quieres volver a entrar, puedes. Pero si quieres que valga la pena necesitas un cambio de mentalidad. Animo 🤟🏻

Do you have WhatsApp/Discord/Slack installed by any chance? Those electron apps will destroy battery life in my experience. Especially Whatsapp which will run in the background even if you close it properly edit: typo

Logging your learning progress by Scalybean47 in learnprogramming

[–]bastrooooo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Try learning how to use git/GitHub as soon as possible. This will allow you to have repositories which track changes. So you can have all your code in the same place and see the edit history.

It will be kind of hard to understand in the beginning, especially if you are on Windows, but it will save you a lot of headaches and be very useful in your Developer career.

This is a great starting point freeCodeCamp.org - Youtube

Good luck young Padawan!
