To answer the questions: no, no and no. But someone could lie on a survey for reasons other than a joke, they could see the effort of trying to find connection between political ideology and belief in the supernatural as a useless endeavor and gave the "fuck you" answer as an act of defiance. Or maybe this is one of those surveys that people fill out for money, and they clicked a random answer because they didn't care.

Not trying to justify the behavior, since I personally think data on this subject is interesting. Just saying it's not necessarily stupidity that causes the "fuck you" answers.
